Explore diverse arts, science and history experiences across Charlotte-Mecklenburg for FREE. Join us for ASC’s Connect with Culture Days, when you, your family, friends and neighbors will have free access to arts, science, history experiences across Charlotte-Mecklenburg. Now in our fifth year, the ASC is giving everyone more days of experiences and opportunities to engage with the cultural community in fun and creative ways. So many Center City cultural venues are participating including the Bechtler, Gantt, McColl Center and more.
Saturday, Feb. 2
Queen City Brewers Festival shines the spotlight on locally produced beer and cider with invites exclusive to Charlotte-area breweries, brewpubs, cideries along with hand-picked restaurants, snack exhibitors and sponsors. Guests will enjoy beer sampling from 40 exclusively Charlotte-area breweries & cideries and complimentary foods inside the intimate Fillmore AND Fillmore Underground at the AvidXchange Music Factory. Two tasting sessions: 12-3 p.m. and 5-8 p.m. Tickets are $45 and will sell out!

Tosco Music is a resident company of Blumenthal Performing Arts and produces five Tosco Music Parties each year. A TMP is a music variety showcase of an eclectic mix of music styles by approximately 15 acts performing one or two songs each. Every TMP is a completely unique live music experience that also engages the audience in singalongs throughout the evening led by John Tosco and the TMP House Band & Singalong Choir. Featured performers for TMP on February 2 include Hawaiian slack-key guitarist Patrick Landeza, Grammy-award-winning songwriters The DonJuans, treasured local and regional talent like Mercury Carter and Chatham Rabbits, and more!
