LANCASTER, S.C. — A security guard is facing serious charges in Lancaster after authorities say he sexually assaulted a patient at Springs Memorial Hospital.
Dontrail Campbell has been charged with third degree criminal sexual conduct. An arrest warrant says Campbell was assigned with overseeing the safety of the victim after she was admitted to the hospital for an evaluation.

The victim told deputies she was awakened by Campbell as he was sexually assaulting her, according to an arrest warrant.
The warrant also claims Campbell confessed to the assault during an interview. No other information has been released at this time.
