Celeb Sightings at NBA All Star Celebrity Kid Fashion Show

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – A fun red carpet to kick off the Rookie USA Kid’s Fashion Show in Uptown. We saw Puff Daddy’s daughters. Greg Olsen and his family were there, “The Olsens are not typically fashion show folks,” Greg tells WCCB. And reality TV family The Cromarties were there, too. Terricka Cromartie said, “We love Charlotte!”

Panthers cornerback Captain Munnerlyn was in head-to-toe Louis Vuitton, an outfit he chose himself: “Just a little something I put together.” New Orleans Saints safety Kurt Coleman was there with his girls, and said, “This is their first (professional) fashion show. We have plenty of fashion shows at the house!”

WCCB Charlotte News @ Ten anchor Morgan Fogarty asked R&b singer Anthony Hamilton what he was most looking forward to. He replied, “My kids, looking at all the people they see on TV and blushing!”

NFL linebacker Thomas Davis was in dad-mode, encouraging his youngest daughter Mattie to pretend there was no one else in the room when it was her turn to walk the runway. Davis said, “Am I nervous? I don’t have to walk, so I’m good, I’m just gonna watch them.”

And singer and actress Adrienne Bailon, at the show with her nieces, revealed this Charlotte connection: “I actually attend Elevation (Church), which is Steven Furtick’s church out here, often. My husband leads worship there, so we will be there on Sunday.”

Inside, rapper Fabolous found his seat, Hornets president Fred Whitfield welcomed the crowd, Charlotte mayor Vi Lyles did too, and then it was showtime. The kids had a great time. Some were shy, some were not. Even Russell Westbrook took a turn on the runway.

And the parents were all smiles.

DJ Khaled’s toddler son was also at the show, and made an appearance at the very end, with his mom.
