Wintry Weather Wraps Up, Rain Continues
Waking up to showers and light freezing rain. Highs today will actually reach their warmest point near midnight, as daytime temps remain in the 30s for much of the area. Winter storm warning and winter weather advisory remain in effect until 12pm. Light ice accumulations still possible across the mountains. Another 0.1″ of ice and up to .5″ of sleet will be possible through early afternoon. Warmer for Thursday, but rain carries on. Showers will linger into the weekend. By Sunday, temps will rise into the low 70s. We’ll catch a brief break from the rain on Monday, but showers return by next Tuesday.
