Jussie Smollett Arrested

Things appear to be crumbling around “Empire” co-star, Jussie Smollett. The 36 year old turned himself into Chicago Police this morning. He faces a felony charge of disorderly conduct.

Smollett is accused of filing a false report, claiming he was the victim of a hate crime. Three weeks ago Smollett told authorities two men attacked him. He said they put a rope around his neck and poured a chemical substance on him while shouting racist and homophobic slurs.

Smollett denies playing a role in his attached, according to his attorneys.
