An Inside Look at Peppervine Restaurant Before The Grand Opening Later Today
SouthPark's newest upscale restaurant, Peppervine, opens its doors today at 4:30pm.
CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Food & Wine Magazine listed Peppervine as one of the 16 most anticipated spring restaurant openings in the country. Executive Chef Bill Greene walked us through his new restaurant he and his wife, Anita, will open this evening in SouthPark’s Piedmont Town Center.
Peppervine’s Progressive-American menu highlights local farms, seasonal products as well as wild seafood, and pasture raised meats. They also have an inspired wine list as well as craft cocktails.
The menu offers sharable small plates and large plates. And features great items such as pimento cheese scones and smoked breast of duck.
Chef Greene and Anita also own Artisanal, a popular upscale restaurant in Banner Elk and they wanted to bring their famous concept to Charlotte.
