Carolina Panthers Agree To Contract With Defensive End Bryan Cox, Jr.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (News Release) — The Carolina Panthers have tendered a contract to exclusive rights free agent defensive end Bryan Cox, Jr., the team announced today. By tendering a contract to Cox, Carolina secures his rights for the 2019 season.

Cox played in 11 games in his second season in 2018, tallying 10 tackles and three quarterback pressures.

The Panthers signed Cox as an undrafted rookie out of Florida in 2017. In his rookie year, he had five tackles and a fumble recovery as he played in eight games.
