Untappd Bringing Beer Festival To Bank Of America Stadium

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Untappd, a popular beer app, is bringing a beer festival to Bank of America Stadium.Β  Tickets go on sale March 1st and range from $50-$200 depending on the experience.

On Wednesday, March 6th, Legion Brewing Company at SouthPark hosted a launch event for the upcoming festival. The event featured several speakers, including the Vice President of Stadium Operations for the Carolina Panthers, Scott Paul, Untappd President and Chief Operating Officer, Trace Smith and Untappd Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer, Greg Avola.

The VIP tickets, which are $200, include five hours of beer sampling, a special private event in the visitor locker room that includes an exclusive tasting of VIP-only pours with four breweries, a meet and greet with Untappd co-founder/CTO Greg Avola, food pairings with beer samples, commemorative Untappd Beer Festival lanyard/VIP badge, Untappd Beer Festival swag pack, live entertainment, and a souvenir sampling glass.

Designated driver tickets are also available for purchase but are only sold at the event, on the day of the event.Β  The designated driver tickets will be $10 and will be available regardless of whether or not the event is sold out.
