CMPD Makes Arrest In 2008 Quadruple Homicide

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police say they arrested a man in connection to a quadruple homicide from 2008.

Dominick Daise, 32, was taken into custody on March 6th.  He has been charged with four counts of first degree murder.

Police found four people dead inside the Tree Top Apartments on High Meadow Lane in south Charlotte over Easter weekend 2008.

Police say Andrew Babyak, Timothy Stone, William Royster and Cherilyn Crawford were killed.
