Should April Fools’ Day Be Cancelled?

Justin Bieber is apologizing for trying to trick fans with a fake pregnancy announcement on April Fools’ Day.

Bieber faced backlash after he posted a photo of a sonogram on Instagram, implying that his new wife Hailey was expecting.

He later shared pictures of Hailey getting examined by a doctor, along with the caption: ‘If U thought it was April fools.’

Bieber eventually confirmed it was all a joke, when he uploaded a second sonogram image that had a picture of a puppy superimposed over the fetus.

Bieber addressed critics who called him out for not being sensitive to others who struggle to conceive.

He wrote on Instagram: ‘I didn’t at all mean to be insensitive to people who can’t have children.’
Bieber added: ‘A lot of people I know, their first go to prank on April fools is telling their parents they are pregnant to get a big reaction.’

Meanwhile, a popular YouTube couple is also getting blasted for a prank they pulled on April Fools’ Day.

Cole and Savannah Labrant told their 6-year-old daughter they were giving her puppy away and they shared the video with their 8.7 million subscribers.

At the end of the video, the girl’s mother explained to any offended viewers that her daughter is ‘okay’ and said the family pranks each other all the time.

Yet, some people say they took the joke too far.
