CHARLOTTE, NC– Detectives are conducting a homicide investigation on Delta Crossing Lane after a call for service came in at 1:46 a.m. on Sunday morning.
Upon arrival, authorities say they located a male victim with gunshot wounds outside of an apartment.
The victim, identified as Teaun Bates, 29, was pronounced deceased after being transported to the hospital.
Homicide Detectives are currently canvassing the area to determine whether there are any witnesses to this incident.
