Kim Kardashian Plans To Become A Lawyer

Kim Kardashian doesn’t have a college degree, but that’s not stopping her from trying to accomplish her new dream of practicing law.
She revealed in a recent Vogue interview that she plans to take the bar exam in 2022.
Kardashian says she gave the decision serious thought after becoming an advocate for criminal justice reform.
You may remember that she went to the White House last year and made the case for President Trump to grant clemency to Alice Johnson, a grandmother who was serving a life sentence for a first-time drug offense.
Kardashian was successful, but says she wished she could do more.

“I’ve always known my role, but I just felt like I wanted to be able to fight for people who have paid their dues to society,” Kardashian said.

California is one of four states that doesn’t require lawyers to have a degree, but they must apprentice with an attorney or judge for four years before taking the bar.
If they pass, they can work as fully credentialed lawyers in the state.
Kardashian says she started apprenticing with a law firm in San Francisco last summer.
