Rappers Call For Fox News Host To Be Fired After Nipsey Hussle Segment

A petition to have Laura Ingraham fired from Fox News has more than 41,000 signatures.
Hip-hop stars like Snoop Dogg, The Game and T.I. are rallying their fans to the call.
They say Ingraham mocked the late rapper Nipsey Hussle on her show last Friday night.

“Yesterday in LA, thousands lined the streets to say good-bye to rapper Nipsey Hussle,” Ingraham said. “Now this dear artist recently released a song called ‘FDT,’ F-Donald Trump.”

Ingraham then played a portion of rapper YG’s 2016 protest song ‘FDT,’ which featured Hussle.

“OK, that’s a very creative refrain,” Ingraham said. “The chorus that goes on and on, is that related to lowest unemployment ever, basically, for African-Americans?”

Several popular musicians took to social media to call out Ingraham for disrespecting Hussle’s legacy.
Rapper The Game, who was Hussle’s close friend, wrote an Instagram post: ‘Nips passing nor his legacy is to be taken lightly as there will be consequences for any disrespect now or in the future as long as I have a voice!!!”
He called on fans to boycott Ingraham’s sponsors if Fox News doesn’t fire her.
