Hickory Police Are Looking For Suspect In Overnight Armed Robbery

HICKORY, NC — Police are trying to identify the suspect wanted in connection to an armed robbery overnight.

The crime happened just after midnight at a Walgreens on N. Center Street. Police say the suspect came into the store armed with a handgun and demanded money.

The suspect took off on foot, police say, with an undisclosed amount of money.

Police say the suspect is a black man, thin build, tall, wearing a black hoodie, black shoes and a red bandana.
