Carowinds Auctioning Off Two-Hour Private Event To Benefit Leukemia & Lymphoma Society
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Carowinds is auctioning off a two-hour private event that will benefit the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
Carowinds Coaster Showdown is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that includes a two-hour exclusive ride time on Fury 325, Copperhead Strike and the Mountain Gliders for 100 people, as well as parking and admission for the day.
The auction winner will get access to the park two hours before the park opens or two hours after the park closes.
Cedar Fair Food & Beverage executive Nancy Hamlin prompted this initiative. Hamlin is a long-time supporter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, motivated by the loss of both parents and two sisters.
