CMPD AC&C Partners With Charlotte Fire Dept. For Unique Pet Adoption Experience

CHARLOTTE, NC — CMPD Animal Care & Control is teaming up with the Charlotte Fire Department for a unique new pet adoption partnership that will kick off Saturday, May 18th.

The first event will be held from 11am to 3pm at CFD Station 37 located at 13828 South Tryon Street.

The unique new event will feature an onsite dog adoption station, activities and loads of information on fire safety and pet preparedness. The public will also have the opportunity to tour Station 37.

CMPD AC&C says they are excited to partner with Charlotte Fire on this program to bring adoptable animals out into the community for adoption, and hope to move future events around to different stations throughout the city.
