A Few More Excessively Hot Days
Heat wave continues on. Highs today back in the mid 90s. We’ve got two days, count em two more days of the mid 90s before this ridge starts to break down and some slightly (still above average, but whatever) temperatures come through. A little more concerned for fire danger risk. It will get breezier on Thursday, that combined with the dry weather and relatively low humidity during the afternoon means fires could become out of control quickly. By Friday, highs will top out in the low 90s with a slightly better storm chance as a weak cold front moves closer to the area. Mid to upper 80s for the weekend and beyond into early next week.
