Girl Holding An ‘I Lied’ Sign Sparks Parenting Debate

A girl holding an “I lied” sign near an intersection in Cape Coral, Florida has sparked a parenting debate.

It was apparently some kind of punishment. Witnesses say the mother was standing there watching the child and other adults were on the sidewalk watching as well.

But a lot of people think it was a dangerous idea and were concerned for the girl’s safety.
