Suspects Wanted For Multiple Armed Robberies In Kings Mountain

KINGS MOUNTAIN, NC — Kings Mountain Police are trying to identify the suspects believed to be responsible for two armed robberies.

 

The first robbery happened just after midnight on June 6th at the Domino’s on West Kings Street. Two suspects reportedly robbed the business at gunpoint, and used the names “Chase” and “Victor” during the crime.

Police say the second armed robbery happened just after 7:00 a.m. on June 11th at the Amiya Express on West King Street. Police say two suspects robbed the business at gunpoint, and used the names “Taz” and “Mike,” or “Mikey,” while committing the crime.

During the Amiya Express robbery, detectives say the suspects assaulted the clerk and left them with minor injuries.

Detectives say they believe the same two suspects are responsible for both crimes due to “possible similarities” that have been observed throughout their investigations.

The suspects in each crime were described by police as follows:

Suspect One:

  • White or light skinned male
  • Between 140 and 170 pounds
  • Wearing a black long sleeve shirt with an unknown emblem in the center top back of the shirt, black pants, black head scarf covering his face and head, and red shoes

Suspect Two:

  • Black male
  • Between 140 and 170 pounds
  • Wearing a black long sleeve shirt, black workout pants with a red stripe down the side, black head scarf covering his face and head, and white tennis shoes
