WCCB’s Woman Vs Man LIVE Event At Sugar Creek Brewing Supports Local Charity

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Jacinda Jacobs and Fly Ty returned to Sugar Creek Brewing Company with their own brand of relationship advice for another Woman Vs Man LIVE!

The event benefited The Sandbox. This charity organization helps families of children who are diagnosed with terminal illnesses. During the Woman Vs Man LIVE event, The Sandbox received $231 worth of donations.

Gracey Kelson

This money was utilized to help the Kelson family. Baby Gracey, her mom, dad and big sister, Wisdom, have been part of The Sandbox since Gracey was born. While in utero, Gracey was diagnosed with an absent pulmonary valve. After birth, Gracey was also diagnosed with Diverge Syndrome, which involves the deletion of her 22nd chromosome.

Wisdom is now a Sandbox youth mentor and is giving back to The Sandbox by helping other families. The money donated during the Woman Vs Man LIVE event went towards a hot dinner, gift cards and some household supplies that will help ease some of the Kelson family’s current burdens.
