Charlotte Man Accused Of Trafficking Heroin, Ecstasy

CHARLOTTE, NC — Police say a man faces several drug and weapon related charges following a raid on his southwest Charlotte home on June 19th.

Detectives say they executed search warrants on Nathaniel Black’s home on Kings Parade Boulevard as part of a narcotics investigation. Inside, officers say they seized 279.3 grams of heroin, 198.4 grams of MDMA (Ecstasy), 12.1 grams of crack cocaine, four firearms, $9,197 in cash and drug paraphernalia.

Black was taken into custody and charged with maintaining a dwelling to keep a control substance, trafficking MDMA/Ecstasy, possession of drug paraphernalia, 12 counts of sell and deliver of a trafficking amount of heroin, possession of a trafficking amount of heroin, possession to sell and deliver cocaine, and possession of a firearm by convicted felon.

This is an ongoing investigation.
