Cooler and Drier Air Following Rain and Storms
Widespread rain and storms will move through the Carolinas today. All of this is associated with a cold front that will be bringing some nice changes to the region this week. Temps will not be getting out the 70s to low 80s for many this afternoon due the rain, but below average temps will stick around for the rest of the week. We’ll begin to dry out tomorrow with highs reaching the mid 80s under mainly sunny skies. Rain chances will remain minimal into the weekend. Temps will gradually creep back to seasonable highs by Saturday.
