Police have charged Tebian Perez Ruff, 29, for his involvement in an armed robbery.
On July 26th, officers responded to the Insomnia Cookies located inside the Epicenter in reference to an armed robbery from the business.
Ruff had reportedly entered the store and got into a verbal dispute with the manager. Ruff then pulled out a firearm and stated that he was robbing the business.
The manager did not give him any property and Ruff left.
Officers located Ruff in Rocket Fizz which is also inside of the Epicenter. Officers located a firearm in his possession and discovered the firearm to be stolen.
Ruff was arrested and charged with attempted armed robbery, possession of handgun by felon, possession of marijuana and resisting arrest.
