Panthers Fans Must Use Mobile Tickets Starting Friday

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — If you’re planning on going to the Panthers’ Friday night home game, you’ll have to have a mobile ticket. The Panthers and other NFL teams are replacing the print-at-home PDF ticket option with mobile ticketing.

PDF tickets will no longer work to get in the gate starting Friday.

Officials say they hope to get as close to 100% of fans as possible using their smartphones for ticketing this year.

Other fans we spoke to weren’t as happy.

They say it’s not fair to people that don’t have a smart phone.

If that’s the case, Panthers officials say to call the ticket office and those requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
