Dang Ngo, 38, has been additionally charged with Felony Death By Vehicle after one of the passengers reportedly died from injuries sustained in the accident.

According to police, Ngo was driving a 2013 BMW M5 at a high rate of speed on East Independence Boulevard near Sardis Road North around 2am on August 25th when he crashed into the back of a 1997 Toyota Camry. Both vehicles were heavily damaged in the collision and came to rest in the grass median.
