CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Officials say a police officer with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department was arrested for driving while impaired.
Officer Nicholas Ivy-Brooks was reportedly pulled over by a Pineville Police Officer just after 2:30am Saturday, September 7th after failing to stop at a red light, according to a news release. Ivy-Brooks was also charged with driving while impaired.
