October Starting Out on a Hot Note
Another record was broken yesterday making a total of 5 record breaking highs in the month of September. We’re on track to break at at least a few more this week with more well above average temps on tap. Today highs will hover near 90 with partly sunny skies. A brief storm will be possible for the mountains, but the rest of the area will remain dry. Sunny skies return tomorrow along with highs back in the mid 90s. CUE THE CHEERS! Some much needed relief comes our way this weekend with temps falling to where they should – in the mid 70s. Mild temps with cool nights ahead this weekend with highs in the mid 70s and lows in the 50s and 60s. Best chance at rain returns late weekend into early next week.
