JP Morgan To Hire People With Criminal Backgrounds

JP Morgan, the largest bank in the country wants to give former criminals a second chance by hiring them. In a statement, the company’s CEO says it’s a way to “level the playing field.”

JP Morgan is also banning the part of an application that asks about a criminal record.
