A Little Warmer to Start the Week
We could return to the 70s by midweek before another big cooldown takes over.
November has gotten off to a chilly start, but warmer weather is coming up in the forecast for the week ahead. That being said, overnight lows tonight into Monday morning will hover just above freezing once again in and around the Queen City, prompting widespread Frost Advisories and Freeze Warnings once again across the Piedmont. A slow warmup begins from there, as temperatures slowly climb higher into the 60s and could approach the 70s by midweek. A sharp cooldown comes into play later on Friday, where we could even see some wintry weather up in the higher elevations. Until then, however, rain chances remain slim at best. Stay tuned!
