Mild and Dry for Much of the Week

Chilly start this morning with temps in the 20s and 30s for much of the area. Frost Advisory until 8am for all across the Piedmont, except Stanly, Richmond and Anson counties which are under a Freeze Warning. Temps will reach the low 60s today. Clouds increase through the day with a mostly cloudy, and not as cold night ahead. Lows will bottom out into the mid 40s tonight with the upper 60s on tap for Tuesday. Temps will remain seasonable (mid to upper 60s) through Thursday. A strong cold front late Thursday will bring on the chance for precip, and big drop in temps for Friday. Highs will not get out of the low 50s. Sunny and cool for the weekend.
