Join Us To Stuff The Truck For The Subway Salvation Army Angel Tree!

Wilson will be collecting toy donations for the Subway Salvation Army Angel Tree at SouthPark Mall, December 5-6

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Join WCCB News Rising’s Jon Wilson Thursday, December 6th and Friday, December 7th as he works to stuff a moving truck full of toys for needy children!

The event will take place beginning at 6 AM on December 5th at SouthPark Mall and will go on until 9 AM on December 6th. Wilson will be set up in the Valet Parking area in front of The Cheesecake Factory. He will be collecting new, unwrapped toys that will be given to needy children via the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree program. Let us know you’ll be attending on our Facebook event!

The Angel Tree program helps families in need by providing gifts that will be distributed to families over the holidays who signed up through the Salvation Army.

The event is also a drop off location for people who have already adopted Angels from the Angel Tree.

Angels are still available for adoption in our viewing area. You can adopt an Angel HERE.

WCCB hopes you can stop by the event! We will have surprise appearances throughout the day, a giant Santa Claus, free prizes from the CW Street Team and more! Follow us on social media for more details.
