Weekend Workers More Likely To Develop Depression
If you work during the weekends you may want to take extra care of your mental health. A new study suggests men and women who work weekends may be more likely to develop depression. The study in the UK surveyed more than 11 thousand men and 12 thousand women. Researchers say the results suggest employers should realize working long hours and weekend shifts may compromise worker’s mental health.
