Two Men Charged In Theft Of CBD Stolen From Lincoln County Business

LINCOLNTON, N.C. — Two people have been charged in the November 12th break-in at a business in Lincoln County that sells CBD.

Deputies say the break in happened at Alternative Health on North Highway 16 Business in Denver, North Carolina.  The suspects are accused of breaking a glass door and stealing 12 mason jars containing two ounces each of various brands of CBD, according to a news release.  The CBD is valued at $8,400.

Investigators identified the suspects as 31-year-old Roy Blue, Jr. and 51-year-old Londie Woods, according to a news release.  Both men are from Catawba, North Carolina.

Deputies say Blue was arrested on December 2nd in Catawba County.  Woods has not been taken into custody at this time.  Both men are facing felony breaking and entering, felony larceny and felony possession of stolen goods charges.
