Officers were called to the Walmart Neighborhood Market Gas Station on Highway 70 SW just before 9pm on December 9th in reference to a carjacking and kidnapping.  A man told police that someone stole his Honda Accord, which had his 3-year-old daughter in the backseat, while he was paying for gas at the outside cashier counter.
