Americans Giving ‘Take A Hint’ Gifts

This time of year, the newest and coolest items are flying off the shelves. But some people are choosing to not get gifts people want… but what they think they need.

New research says, one in five Americans are planning on giving somebody a “take the hint” gift this year. Some of the most common are perfume or a cookbook.

Another trend we are seeing is people giving gifts that are either old or already used because people are more interested in buying and receiving sustainable gifts.
