Man Banned From Starbucks For Asking Out Barista

A Washington State man says he has been banned from his local Starbucks for asking out a barista… but says he did nothing wrong! 37 year old Lucas Werner said he slipped the barista a note asking her to dinner. The next day when he tried to go back, police told him he was banned!

He’s now arguing that he is being discriminated against because of his age, and that the employee has to be at least 16 the age of consent in Washington.
