Rain Marches into Workweek

It looks like the heaviest rain will move in overnight Monday into Tuesday.

We couldn’t ask for a much better start to March, as highs cruised into the upper 50s and lower 60s with plentiful sunshine. We will largely hold onto the warmth for the week ahead, but clouds and rain will hang around through Thursday. Expect variable clouds overnight to fade by Monday morning, but heavy clouds will return during the afternoon. Rain chances will remain in the isolated-to-scattered range throughout the evening and overnight hours. It’s looking like the heaviest stuff will move through overnight Monday into Super Tuesday morning. If you’re planning to go vote on Tuesday, the early afternoon appears to be the driest time.

Monday: PM scattered showers. High: 60°. Wind: SW 5-15.

Monday Night: Rain. Heavy at times after midnight. Low: 54°. Wind: SW 5-10.

Tuesday: AM rain, then scattered showers. Warm. High: 68°. Wind: SW 5-15.
