Eric Trump Stops By Rising to Talk Super Tuesday, the North Carolina Election and Have a Little Fun
CHARLOTTE, NC — Less than 24 hours after President Donald Trump’s rally in Charlotte his son, Eric Trump, joined the Rising crew in studio to talk about the importance of North Carolina in the 2020 election.
Trump was inside Bojangles Coliseum with his wife and North Carolina native, Lara Trump, as his father addressed nearly 10,000 people inside the arena.
“A lot of love,” is how Trump described the rally on the eve of Super Tuesday.
The Trumps are watching North Carolina closely on Super Tuesday. When looking at the Democratic candidates, Trump says “the dichotomy between the candidates has never been larger.”
Whoever ends up getting the nomination, Trump sounded optimistic.
“If we get Bernie – I just don’t think this country is ready,” Trump said. “Biden doesn’t have what he used to have.”
After discussing the race for the White House, the Rising crew used a lightning round of questions to learn who Eric Trump is aside from being the president’s son and Executive Vice President of the Trump Organization.
