Clouds Converge on Carolinas

The days ahead won't be washouts, but they won't be pleasant either.

Simply put, the future looks dull. A series of weak disturbances will move through the Southeast over the coming days, bringing in clouds and light showers for much of the week ahead. Expect mostly cloudy skies and isolated showers, mainly limited to the Foothills and High Country for your Monday. Highs will be in the upper 50s and lower 60s to start out the workweek. It appears that Tuesday and Thursday will be the wettest days ahead, but neither day should end up being a washout. That being said, most of these days won’t be very pleasant either, so this may end up being a good week to practice “social isolation” and stay indoors.
