Sunny Skies, Comfy Highs Return to Carolinas
Stay on the lookout for patchy frost Thursday morning.
After a cool, wet, and cloudy Tuesday, the sunshine returns to the forecast and each day ahead will be warmer than the last for the foreseeable future. That being said, the clear skies tonight will allow for one more chilly night, with lows ranging from the lower 40s in the Piedmont to the mid-20s up in the High Country. Keep an eye out for patchy frost as we head into Thursday morning across the WCCB Charlotte viewing area. Beyond that, however, begins a strong warmup through the weekend. Expect mostly sunny skies and highs in the 60s tomorrow, leading to the mid-70s by the weekend.
