One Dead Following Two-Car Collision In Rock Hill

ROCK HILL, S.C. — One person is dead following an accident involving two vehicles in Rock Hill Saturday night.

Rock Hill Police say on April 4th , 2020, at 10:40 PM, officers with responded to a collision involving a green 2000 Ford Mustang and a black 2005 Saturn on South Heckle Boulevard near the intersection of Haynes Street.

Both drivers were taken to Piedmont Medical Center with serious injuries.  Police say a 36-year-old front seat passenger of the Saturn was taken to Piedmont Medical Center with life-threatening injuries and was later pronounced deceased.

The wreck is still under investigation and more information will be released as it develops.
