Man Sues United Airlines, Says They Should Offer Refunds Instead Of Travel Vouchers

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – United Airlines is facing a lawsuit from a customer who had to cancel his flight amid the coronavirus outbreak and insists the airline needs to do more than just offer a flight voucher. Jacob Rudolph says he spent more than $1,500 on flights that have been canceled. He has filed a class-action lawsuit saying the travel vouchers do nothing for people who now need the money for basic necessities. United has so far not commented.
