Investigators identify 41-year-old Comfort Keyermaa as the victim in the fatal north Charlotte wreck on August 20th, according to a news release.
CMPD officers say driver of the Honda, Agyeman, has been released from the hospital and arrested on involuntary manslaughter and reckless driving charges.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Investigators with CMPD say two vehicles were involved in a collision on Statesville Road on August 20th where one passenger died and the driver is facing charges.
The name of the victim has not yet been released, according to a news release.
Investigators say a red 2019 Isuzu FTR box truck was stopped in the left lane for a red light, when a white 2003 Honda Accord struck the Isuzu.
The occupants of the Honda were taken to Atrium Health Center Main where the passenger was pronounced dead, and the driver is being treated for injuries, according to a news release.
Police say the driver of the Honda, Philip Agyeman, faces involuntary manslaughter and reckless driving charges once he is released from the hospital.
Police say the Honda was heading south on Statesville Road when it sped through a center turn lane.
The Honda struck the raised concrete center median, and began to lose control when the driver slid sideways into the intersection hitting the passenger door of the Isuzu, according to a news release.
Police say everyone involved in the crash were wearing seatbelts and were not impaired, but that speeding and reckless driving were factors in the accident.
The investigation is active, and police say anyone with more information should call Crime Stoppers at 704-334-1600.
