Do’s and Don’ts of Wearing A Mask

Since April health experts have recommended everyone wear masks to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. They say this is one of the most effective was to reduce the spread of the virus.

Some tips you’ll want to follow are having more than mask so you will always have a fresh one available.

You may not be able to wash your mask everyday as recommended by the CDC but you definitely want to wash it if you’ve been around someone who has been sneezing or coughing, or if you’ve possibly touched a contaminated area and touched your mask.

To clean you mask you should machine wash it with the rest of your laundry or soak it in bleach and water, the rinse.

Store your mask where it won’t easily be contaminated and make sure the mask covers your nose!
