Edge On The Clock: Colin Kaepernick Returns To Madden

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – For the first time in years, Colin Kaepernick has returned to Madden NFL ’21. EA Sports has confirmed an update was released Tuesday. It allows players to sign Kap to any NFL roster in the game’s franchise mode. EA Sports says it made the move because Kaepernick is a top free agent and fans wanted to see him back in their game.

Plus, the Jelly Belly founder is pulling off a Willy Wonka-style treasure hunt. Ahead of his retirement, David Klein is launching a golden ticket contest, where one lucky winner gets their very own candy factory.

And, Facebook will reportedly pay some of its users to quit using its app for a while. It’s part of a study into the impact of social media on political attitudes and behaviors during the upcoming election.
