Rock Hill Football Games Postponed Due To COVID-19

ROCK HILL, S.C. — Rock Hill High School officials say football practices are canceled and this week’s games are postponed after several individuals close to the program started experiencing COVID-like symptoms.

Rock Hill High School football games this week against Blythewood High School have been postponed, according to a news release.

School officials say the Bearcats JV team was scheduled to play against Blythewood on Thursday, October 8th at home, and the varsity team was scheduled to travel this week to play against the Bengals in a Region 4-AAAAA contest.

School and district officials say they will get more information from those experiencing COVID symptoms before deciding when practices and games can resume.
