Lancaster Man Arrested For Sexual Conduct With A Minor And Related Charges

COLUMBIA, S.C. — South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson says 55-year-old Dallas Walls II is under arrest for 12 charges connected to the sexual exploitation of a minor.

Police say Walls was arrested on October 7th and charged with first degree, second degree, and third degree sexual exploitation with a minor, two counts of unlawful conduct towards a child, two counts of second degree assault and battery, one count of incest, one count of trafficking people, one count of engaging a child for sexual performance, and one count of promoting the prostitution of a minor.

Investigators say Walls engaged in multiple acts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor, produced and distributed files of child sexual abuse material, engaged in trafficking of a minor, and promoted prostitution of a minor.

Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force investigators, along with the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office, arrested Walls with the help of investigators with the Attorney General’s Office, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), and the State Law Enforcement Division (SLED), according to a news release.

Attorney General Wilson says all defendants are presumed innocent unless and until they are proven guilty in a court of law.
