Lovely Workweek Ahead

We'll even have a couple more shots at 80º in the Piedmont this week as plentiful sunshine returns.

It’s been a messy weekend, but things are looking up for the week ahead. The remnants of former Hurricane Delta dumped upwards of 2″ across the WCCB Charlotte viewing area and even brought some severe weather to the Piedmont, but there will be no sign of foul conditions for the next several days. In fact, sunny skies and stable conditions will allow us several shots at 80º across the Charlotte Metro and eastward over the next five days. However, Monday morning could bring cloudy and foggy conditions along with a few showers, so take it easy out on the roads to start the workweek. Mostly sunny skies should return by Monday afternoon.

Tonight: Cloudy with scattered showers. Low: 67°. Wind: E 5-10.

Monday: A few showers early before PM clearing. High: 79°. Wind: NW 5-10.

Monday Night: Cool and calm. Low: 65°. Wind: Light.

Tuesday: Warm sunshine. High: 81°. Wind: N 5-10.
