HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. — Police say Quandarius Davis, 25, is under arrest for shooting into another person’s car after getting into an argument on October 25th.

Davis is charged with assault with a deadly weapon, discharging a weapon onto an occupied property, and injury to personal property, according to a news release.
Detectives say the victim was not injured and was able to call 9-1-1, and officers responded to the domestic disturbance call around 7 a.m. on Pinnacle Cross Drive
Officers say after being unable to contact Davis at his apartment, SWAT team members gained access and took Davis in without incident.
Police say Davis was take to Mecklenburg County Jail on an unrelated Rowan County outstanding felony arrest warrant.
