Dabo Swinney Not Happy After FSU Postpones Game Against Clemson

CHARLOTTE, N.C. —

After Saturday’s game against Florida State University was postponed over the weekend Dabo Swinney let FSU’s administration know how he really felt about the situation.

A positive COVID test among the tigers caused Florida State to postpone the game. Swinney says that Clemson followed all required protocols when it traveled with a player who had shown prior symptoms of COVID-19 but did not receive a positive test result until the team arrived in Tallahassee.

Swinney went on to say “This game was not canceled because of COVID, COVID was just an excuse to cancel the game.”
